How do I pick my size?
There is a sizing chart as the last photo in every listing for your reference. It's also here for you to peep. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order with sizing questions. We are here to help you pick the correct size! It should be noted that most humans do not necessarily wear the same size on top and bottom, so be sure to make your selections accordingly.
If you don't fall into the XXS-6XL range, custom sizing is available for limited times throughout the year. Custom sizing can only be added on to lingerie being made from scratch. Please allow 1-3 additional weeks for custom lingerie to be created. Custom sizing does not cover alterations to existing lingerie. If you wish to be notified when customs are open again, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
When will I get my order?
Processing times vary depending on volume and items purchased. Most items are ready to ship, which will mean your order will ship out in approximately 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. If you need your order by a certain day, please inform our team prior to placing your order. Requests for expedited processing times given after purchase may not be accommodated. We typically ship out and fulfill local pickup orders Wednesday - Friday.
Where do you ship? How much does it cost?
Hey Mavens ships to everywhere in the world!
Flat Rate Shipping is $5 within the United States no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships vis USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 2-5 days to arrive.
Flat Rate Shipping is $10 to Canada no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships vis USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.
International shipping is calculated based on weight and ships to anywhere else in the world via USPS. Hey Mavens is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may incur for international orders. It is not legal for us to send international orders marked as “gift” in order to avoid import tarrifs, so please don’t ask.
Refunds on shipping will not be issued for packages returned to Hey Mavens because custom fees were not paid.
Please be VERY careful when entering your mailing address. Flat Rate US shipping only applies for the first attempt. If your package is returned to me due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address, a $12 charge will incur for reshipment.
Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact me immediately by emailing email@example.com, so we can make the proper adjustments. Requests for address change will only be accommodated with reasonable notice.
If you are placing an order to be shipped to multiple locations, please make separate purchases so that shipping costs are accurately covered and to insure the correct items are shipped to the right address.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We now offer local pickup at our brick and mortar shop to select Nashville zip codes. Please allow 24 hours to fulfill your pickup order. Orders placed on Monday will be fulfilled by end of day Thursday. Our pickup hours are Tuesday through Sunday, between 11am and 5pm.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at the shop address below. We typically ship out and fulfill local pickup orders Tuesday - Friday.
Orders will be held for 60 days. If your order is not picked up within that time frame, it will automatically be cancelled, without refund.

I just placed multiple orders! Can you put them in the same shipment?
No. For accuracy, we do not combine shipments. Orders will be fulfilled as placed.
Help! My package is lost!
Hey Mavens! is not responsible for packages once they have been released to USPS. If your order seems to be delayed or missing, start by contacting your local USPS office, or by turning on tracking notifications.
Please reach out to Hey Mavens by emailing us at email@example.com after you have taken these steps. Every reasonable attempt will be made to insure you receive your order in a timely manner.
How do I care for my Hey Mavens lingerie?
Hand wash your lingerie in cold, soapy water, rinse, and lay flat to dry. Do not wring out. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry.
Hey Mavens is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care or use. Refunds, replacements, exchanges, nor returns will be issued for items damaged as a result of improper care or use.
I bought a factory second and it’s damaged! What gives?
That’s correct, a factory second or item with a manufacturer’s error is likely a damaged or incorrectly produced item. An item is being sold as a “second” does not reflect the normal Hey Mavens! quality standards, and is therefore heavily discounted.
You may find that this item has ripping, tearing, or holes at the seams, outdated labeling, and/or features that don’t function as designed. For these reasons and others, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing such an item, you submit that you agree and understand our policies.
What types of payment do you accept?
Stripe, our payment processor accepts all major credit cards. We also proudly accept PayPal. Sales tax of 9% is charged for packages shipping within the state of Tennessee, or wherever else applicable.
Can I return my order?
Sorry, no. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, as well as for hygienic reasons, we can not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except for in cases of craftmanship issues.

Something I previously ordered went on sale. Can I get some money back?
Again, apologies, but no. At this time, we do not offer price adjustments. Sale items are final sale, and no price adjustments will be made on previous orders.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or altered. Please take care to read the listing in full, view all product photos, review the size guide, shop policies, FAQ, and current turn-around times before completing your order. Refunds will not be issued for failure to do so. Your order will be completed as ordered, based on our current production schedule unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing your order.
Something I ordered is damaged. Can you repair it?
We can offer repairs or replacements on items that arrive damaged on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com within three (3) days of delivery to make arrangements.
Hey, can I steal your designs?
All designs are reserved by Hey Mavens! and Annika Benitz Chaloff. Hey Mavens! reserves the right to use custom designs in our catalogue and retains the ownership of the design.
