Shipping & Returns

We ship via USPS.

All packages shipping within the United States are eligible Flat Rate Shipping. Pay just $6 for any size order to ship USPS First Class. Most packages take 2-5 days to arrive within the United States. We typically ship out and fulfill local pickup orders Wednesday - Friday.

Need your item faster? Select Priority Mail at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping time does not mean expedited processing time. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to making your purchase at annika@heymavens.com

Packages shipping to Canada ship Flat Rate for $14.

Wherever applicable, upgraded shipping is available for a fee. If you need your package expedited, please just message me and let me know.

International shipping is calculated based on weight and ships to anywhere else in the world via USPS or UPS. Hey Mavens is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may incur for international orders. It is not legal for us to send international orders marked as “gift” in order to avoid import tariffs, so please don’t ask.

Refunds on shipping will not be issued for packages returned to Hey Mavens because custom fees were not paid.


Pickup Options

We now offer local pickup at our brick and mortar shop to select Nashville zip codes. Please allow 24 hours to fulfill your pickup order. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be fulfilled by end of day Thursday. Our pickup hours are Wednesday through Sunday, between 11am and 4pm.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at the shop address below.

For hygienic reasons, we are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on every order. We take each return request on a case by case basis, you can submit a request here.
