Thanks for shopping Hey Mavens! Every item is made in Nashville by our team of expert independent sewists.

Turnaround

All items are ready to ship from inventory, unless otherwise listed as made-to-order. Ready to ship items will ship from the studio within 3-5 business days of your order. Items listed as made-to-order have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks.

Payment

Payment is due upon checkout. We proudly accept all major credit cards via our processor, stripe, as well as ApplePay, and PayPal. Sales tax of 9% is charged for packages shipping within the state of Tennessee, and wherever else applicable.

Shipping

Hey Mavens ships to everywhere in the world!

Flat Rate Shipping is $6 within the United States no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships via USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 2-5 days to arrive.

Flat Rate Shipping is $14 to Canada no matter how much you buy! Flat rate ships via USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.

International shipping is calculated based on weight and ships to anywhere else in the world via USPS. Hey Mavens is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may incur for international orders. It is not legal for us to send international orders marked as “gift” in order to avoid import tariffs, so please don’t ask.

Refunds on shipping will not be issued for packages returned to Hey Mavens because custom fees were not paid.

Please be VERY careful when entering your mailing address. Flat Rate US shipping only applies for the first attempt. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address, an $12 charge will incur for reshipment.

Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact us immediately by emailing hey@heymavens.com, so we can make the proper adjustments. Requests for address change will only be accommodated with reasonable notice. If you are placing an order to be shipped to multiple locations, please make separate purchases so that shipping costs are accurately covered and to insure the correct items are shipped to the right address.

For accuracy, we do not combine shipments.

Pickup Options

We now offer local pickup at our brick and mortar shop to select Nashville zip codes. Please allow 24 hours to fulfill your pickup order. Orders placed on Monday will be fulfilled by end of day Thursday. Our pickup hours are Tuesday through Sunday, between 11am and 4pm.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at the shop address below.

Orders will be held for 60 days. If your order is not picked up within that time frame, it will automatically be cancelled, without refund.

Changes

Your order will be fulfilled as ordered. Changes to the shipping address after checkout may not be honored. Size, color, style, or other variants can not be changed after checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, as well as for hygienic reasons, we can not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except for in cases of craftmanship issues. Thank you for understanding. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hey@heymavens.com within 3 days of delivery or submit a return request here.

Lost Packages

Hey Mavens! is not responsible for packages once they have been released to USPS. If your order seems to be delayed or missing, start by contacting your local USPS office, or by turning on tracking notifications from the USPS website. Please only reach out to Hey Mavens! after you have taken these steps. Every reasonable attempt will be made to insure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Repairs

We can offer repairs or replacements on items that have arrived damaged on a case-by-case basis. Please email hey@heymavens.com to make arrangements within three (3) days of delivery.

Factory Seconds and/or Items Discounted for Manufacturer’s Error

An item is being sold as a “second” does not reflect the normal Hey Mavens! quality standards, and is therefore heavily discounted. You may find that this item has ripping, tearing, or holes at the seams, outdated labeling, and/or features that don’t function as designed. For these reasons and others, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing such an item, you submit that you agree and understand our policies.

Price Adjustments

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments. Sale items are final sale, and no price adjustments will be made on previous orders.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or altered. Please take care to read the listing in full, view all product photos, review the size guide, shop policies, FAQ, and current turn-around times before completing your order. Refunds will not be issued for failure to do so. Your order will be completed based on our current production schedule unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing your order.

Design

All designs are reserved by Hey Mavens! and Annika Benitz Chaloff. Hey Mavens! reserves the right to use custom designs in our catalogue and retains the ownership of the design.
